Man models his ex-fiancée’s wedding dress to sell: video

Sometimes you have to do a little more to get that sale.

Nobody probably knows this better than self-styled “brother” Morgan. The 29-year-old recently made TikTokers laugh when he shared a video that recorded the unconventional way he tried to sell a wedding dress.

“I remember trying on my ex’s wedding dress,” he captioned his short clip showing him flinching in a dark room.

The video continues to show screenshots of the case-style dress he was selling for $ 500. A shopper named Sarah inquired about the dress and asked if there were photos of what it would look like when someone wears it.

“Do you have photos of this of someone? Or do you know the designer and style so I can look it up?” Sarah’s message is. I love it and it’s on my budget, but I have trouble imagining what it looks like. “

Instead of combing photos, recruiting a model or a dress form, Morgan offered to try the dress on so Sarah can see how it would fit. He warned her, however, that he is “a guy with muscles and a lot of tattoos,” so he wasn’t sure it would have the same effect she was hoping for.

Sarah didn’t refuse the offer and Morgan went on to snap a few photos of herself in the white lace slit dress.

“I did what had to be done,” joked Morgan in a highlighted red caption.

The dress didn’t close all the way at the back, but it reached around his torso and almost to his shoulders.

The dress also had two clearly visible store labels on the right arm indicating it had never been worn to an event. Despite its pristine condition, it turned out that after viewing the photos sent by Morgan, Sarah was no longer interested in the dress.

Morgan didn’t immediately respond to Fox News’ request for comment, but he did make that detail clear for commentators who asked why he wasn’t sharing pictures from his wedding.

“I would have to have a wedding to have wedding photos,” he explained.

Others tried to ask why he couldn’t find a woman to try on the dress, but some TikTok users found that it is not an easy request to do so in a pinch.

“‘If you’d rather try on someone else’s,’ she thought, you could find a girl willing to try it on and take pictures for a random stranger,” commented one user.

Since he shared his video on Monday, Morgan’s viral post has been viewed more than 329,900 times and has garnered more than 74,500 likes.

It’s not clear if he has managed to sell the dress since his rise to viral fame. The dress was still in his closet when he first uploaded the video, according to a comment he left.
