The Queens Hotel has announced that its £ 16 million renovation will include a partnership with a Raffles-inspired restaurant and bar due to open this summer.
The newly renovated city center hotel is home to the all-day dining restaurant and bar, Grand Pacific, to “recreate the golden age of high society with a sumptuous yet laid-back charm and great service.”
The 100-seat restaurant, private dining rooms and bar offer flavors from around the world. The all-day menu includes dishes like Asian-flavored duck cottage pie and tempura Szechuan sea bass, plus lunch options like a teriyaki steak sandwich and a classic club alongside the business of lunch menu.

You can also enjoy roast beef carved at your table, accompanied by live contemporary classical music from the Grand Pacific Palm Court Orchestra.
Grand Pacific, famous for its indulgent high tea, also offers a delicious selection of bite-sized sweet treats and sandwiches paired with fragrant teas and champagne cocktails on its afternoon tea menu.

In addition to the main restaurant and bar, the hotel is also home to Café Pacific, a social center that offers coffee, drinks and snacks and is the perfect destination for eating, drinking, working or relaxing.

The hotel and Grand Pacific will be open for business from summer 2021. Plans include a highly anticipated renovation of all bedrooms and an additional 16, bringing the total number of rooms to 232.
